Have you colour coded your diet?

Coloured foods should form an important part of your diet. A recent research shows coloured fruits and vegetables are very nutritious. The deeper the colour, the more nutrient it has. Also due to exposure to sunlight, these fruits and veggies end up getting more chlorophyll pigment and are better on nutritional value. Make sure your plate looks like a delight with an array of colourful veggies and fruits. Here is a list of colours that you must consider.
