Frank A. Bures: Calorie consumption and cancer

A special report was published in the Aug. 25, 2016, New England Journal of Medicine from the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) on the connection between increased risk of certain cancers and increased body fatness, as the paper phrased it. Such an association has been written about for over a decade. So, it’s time to “chew the fat” on this topic once again.
