Research Project Submission and Review Sub Committee

This subcommittee will be responsible for reviewing and recommending research project requests that ECEF receives seeking ECEF funding. Once we have identified and accepted a research project proposal we will stay with that project until it is finalized. We plan to look at 2 or 3 projects per year, as donations allow.
