About ECEF

Esophageal Cancer is one of the fastest-growing cancers in North America.

ECEF has been in existence since 2002, and I have been an esophageal cancer survivor since my surgery in 2000.

We aim to walk the journey with patients who have this disease and their caregivers.

We are a 501 C 3 corporation.

Totally run by volunteers.

This year’ s administration cost is 5% of donations..

Provide direction and oversee operations.

Establish setting of current year goals.

Creating and monitoring of Long term plans for ECEF.

Working arm of ECEF.

They contribute to every phase of ECEF.

They enable us to give 95% of donations to research.

Comprised of Thoracic Surgeon, Medical Oncologists and Gastroenterologist.

Attend our patient and caregiver Zoom support group meetings.

Available for our 24 hour hot line discussions.
