Adding Superfoods to Your Diet

Most people understand that the key to good health is eating a healthful diet. A diet loaded with vegetables and lean meats is healthy; a diet of junk food isn’t. Yet, most people don’t have any idea that there are particular foods that can be labeled ‘superfoods’. Superfoods are loaded with nutrients essential to good health and a sound head. They are filled with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, and are wonderful foods to eat to help fight off cancer cells.
