Board Meetings

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
The Board of Directors meet on a quarterly basis by conference call. 
The President will preside over the meeting and follow the agenda that will be circulated a week before the schedule meeting dates.
The agenda will consists of:
Financial Statement update as of the previous quarter end
Medical Advisory Committee Subcommittee reports from:    

• Research Project Review
• International
• Patient and Caregiver Services
• Public Relations
• Social Networks    

Events Completed in the previous quarter
Events planned for current quarter
Corporate activity
All other matters
